Awesome

The location in Roma is great, the dorms and bathrooms are spacious and clean and the staff were lovely. It's a small hostel if you're looking for somewhere quiet.

The WiFi was very slow so if you work online like myself it's not great, and the communal areas are very small, difficult to socialise with people.

Exceptional and spotless family run hostel in best part of Mexico City (Roma/Consesa)

Everything was spotless, and free water was provided daily. Kitchen is a amateur chef’s dream as it is equipped with everything you could want (pots, pans, cutting board) and you can actually cook unlike other hostels who’s kitchen are a nightmare. There’s even a tv in the kitchen so you can enjoy your favorite YouTube vids or Netflix while cooking. I actually streamed the Olympics while preparing a meal.

Can’t think of much- perhaps the only thing is that there is no keyless entry and had to wait for staff to open door (which was never really a problem).

Perfect hostel for Roma stay!

The beds were comfortable and the staff friendly and accommodating. The place is peaceful and safe, and the rooftop is great! It’s my second stay here and I’ll be back!

+ Rooftop was really nice to hang out on + Nice kitchen with free water and everything you need to cook + Laundry facilities + Staff very friendly and helpful with questions + Rooms were nice and spacious. Booked a dorm room and had it to ourselves! + Quiet and peaceful. Perhaps not the best for solo travellers wanting to socialise, but perfect for us!

- Located in Roma but no real restaurants/bars right outside, have to walk 5/10 minutes to get to the busy part

Very nice and helpful staff, good equipt kitchen, tea and coffee for guests, roof top terrace, nice quite neighborhood, close to downtown.

It was very cold when I was there. The windows don't close, so it was really cold in the rooms. I got an extra blanket, but it was still cold in January. The rag in the shower of the female bathroom really needs a deep cleaning or to be changed. When I was there, there were not many guests and it was not very social, but I spent time with the hostel staff, who were great!

Excellent

Beautiful safe location in the heart of Roma Norte and close to everything. The hostel is gorgeous old building but with great facilities. I enjoyed the roof terrace and extra bathrooms. There is free water and coffee, hot showers, and nice rooms with lots of natural light. The staff are excellent, friendly, and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying here for the location alone but there is so much more.

I didn't like that I had to leave ; )

Comfortable for a short stay.

Quiet, pretty good location.

One staff member wasn't the friendliest, charged me different rates than the others. Not many common areas to hang out, hard to meet other travelers.

Good option in an artsy neighbourhood

The location is great, Roma is a nice and safe neighbourhood, close to great cafés, parks and beautiful 'art nouveau' architecture, perfect to wander around. The rooftop terrace is great for relaxing.

The bathroom needs some improvements (shower pressure is very low, toilet flush isn't always working, the mirror fell down and broke because it wasn't fixed properly).

Relaxing Hostel

I love the neighborhood! It is in the hip Roma area of Mexico City. The hostel is very relaxing, and fully equipped with a kitchen. Also, the rooftop is a great place to hang out.

Outside, there is no sign that says the name of the hostel. Only the address numbers. So it could be a little harder to find when you first get there.

The location is excellent.

The location is excellent. The staff are friendly and available 24/7. The property is kept very clean and stylish. Free water and coffee. I stayed a week, and my dorm was almost always empty.

The men's bathroom had a bit of a weird smell, not too bad. I hit my head on the bunk beds a few times.

Great location in Roma Norte (which is much nicer then city center), Metrobus nearby, very quiet/ good sleep, spacious and comfy dorm, nice rooftop terrace, free water and tea, 24hour reception

Very quite, hardly met other travellers there Bathrooms smelled a bit (maybe from the sinks)

Excelente ubicación

Excelente ubicación en Roma. Los alrededores son muy tranquilos, hay varios lugares para comer cerca y está a 10 minutos caminando de Plaza México. Las instalaciones son muy cómodas y su staff muy amable. Quiero agradecer a Alejandra por su cálida bienvenida y buena predisposición en todo momento.
